Structure risk before deploying capital.Ownership, financing, governance, responsibilities and reporting are defined before capital is committed. Each material project must have clear accountability and controlled downside.

Value is created in execution.Harbor participates directly in product, sales, pricing, distribution, systems, data and reporting. Ownership without operating control is not the model.
